RETURNS
If a Cutestpetsupplies.com product does not meet your expectations, return it for a refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of purchase. (Excludes Special orders or clearance items). Most products are delivered in 3-8 business days based on destination with Fed-ex and USPS delivery schedule.
Please note: Original shipping charges are NON-refundable. If we made a mistake of shipping the wrong product and/or if the item is defective. Please email us and we'll make things right.  You have 30 days to return an item for a full refund of the product cost, minus shipping. Items must be unused and the product packaging must be in the original condition you received it in to warrant a refund.
Please note:Â If a customer orders the incorrect product (model, size, etc), there is a 20% re-stocking fee for the returned item to the warehouse and Shipping back costs would be responsible of buyer/customer.
When can I expect a refund?
You can expect a refund within 1 week of receiving your return. A refund confirmation email will be sent detailing your refund after your return has been processed by the returns department.
Do you offer store credit?
We do not offer store credit on returned items. A refund will be processed back to the original payment method at the time of purchase.
Please contact us immediately if you feel you have received a product that has a manufacturer defect or we made a mistake and sent you a different product than what you ordered (wrong item, size, model, etc). We will arrange for proper shipping or replacement. Â
